Wild Echoes Welcome
A Cryptid Project, Launched…
My brother and I grew up in the era of great interest and mystery around the Patterson film – which still holds water to this day. In spite of claims to the contrary, no one has been able to categorically disprove it.
Speaking from the perspective of a costumer with decades of experience, I will tell you that what some people are suggesting was most likely not possible in 1967, with available resources. (Which also happens to be the year that I was born.) Let’s consider even later costuming from the 70s and the 80s, when I was getting into it as a young woman. With the textiles that existed, plus the type of designs created for those textiles, we must ask ourselves how realistic it is to say that someone put on a the equivalent of a gorilla suit. Personally, that’s my main argument against calling it fakery. Even the pros weren’t looking all that convincing back then.
That’s not even getting into other points, such as stride, strength of movement, relative height, terrain of the environment, and other physical attributes – it does appear to be female. This is enough to raise questions, and we are now in the business of finding answers, if they exist.
Mark’s statement: “I don’t want to believe, I want to KNOW.”
We are visiting remote, wild areas together, seeking possible evidence to prove or disprove claims and experiences.
This publication will offer some free content, and the more in-depth investigative discussions will be paywalled for those interested in supporting the project. Thank you in advance. There will be a combination of written, audio, photographic, video, and live-streaming content.
Thank you for joining us on this intriguing journey. 🙏🏽
